1. HOW CAN I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE FOR ME?

You can refer to the size chart available under every product to match your measurements.

2. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Cancellation is only applicable up to 24 hours of ordered date & time or if the order is not dispatched,once the order is dispatched we cannot accept cancellation request.You can raise a return request after the order is dispatched.

3. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

No, we do not have direct modification feature on our website ,However to modify your order you can raise a cancellation request within 24 hours or before the order is dispatched & place a new order.

4. DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO SHOP AT WWW.FINESTFIT.IN?

It’s not mandatory. You can login as a guest and shop from our site.

5. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

You may choose any of the following payment methods:

  1. UPI
  2. DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS
  3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

7. WHAT CAN I DO IN CASE OF A FAILED TRANSACTION?

Place a new order Incase money is not debited if debited then Please reach out to our customer care team with your bank transaction/details on the debited/failed transaction.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECIEVE MY ORDER

The time of delivery is subject to  the delivery location from our warehouse. The standard delivery time approx 7 working days. However in case of logistics issue,transit issue or any unforeseen circumstances the delivery date and time can extend.

Finestfit aims to dispatch the order latest in 24 hours 

2. DO YOU SHIP DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL?

Yes, for domestic orders we provide free shipping above ₹499.

We currently do not deliver internationally.

3. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

4. WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED ORDER?

At FINESTFIT, we take all the required safety measures to ensure a safe delivery, however if you still receive a damaged product, kindly send us the picture/video of the garment with the order number at support.finestfit.in or whatsapp at : +919272135153 we will further guide you with the process.
